Calvary Episcopal Church (Memphis, TN) seeks a Director of Children & Family Ministries to lead Christian formation for infants through fifth grade. This part-time role (20+ hrs/week, with potential to grow) requires consistent presence on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings.
Responsibilities include weekly formation programming, family worship events, nursery oversight, volunteer management, and community communication. The Director reports to the Associate Rector for Formation.
Ideal candidates are baptized, confirmed Episcopalians with a bachelor’s degree, experience with children, and a passion for nurturing young people in faith.
