We are seeking a compassionate, spiritually grounded, and child-centered educator to serve in a part-time ministry role supporting the spiritual formation of children within our church community in Durham, NC. This position draws from Montessori principles, Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS), and Godly Play to create a peaceful, wonder-filled environment where children can encounter God through story, prayer, contemplation, and hands-on engagement. The educator will guide children in a nurturing sacred space that honors each child’s spiritual dignity, curiosity, and relationship with God.
