This full-time (40 hours/week) ministry and program leader will be responsible for leading Children and Youth Ministries, and for coordinating ongoing Parish Life priorities and events at St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church. This role centers on promoting formation, community, and hospitality. The scope of ministry will include oversight of the Nursery (birth-4 years old), formation for children (pre-K-5th grade) and youth (6th-12th grade), intergenerational programs, family gatherings, and special events. The director will also be responsible for basic setup and coordination for weekly parish life offerings, as well as for special events (funeral receptions, Lenten dinners, parish picnics, etc.). The Director reports directly to the Rector and, as a member of the program staff, will work Sundays and occasional evenings and weekends.
Salary is $45k-55k, commensurate with experience.
