The 2027 Forma Conference will be radically hybrid (following the same model as our 2025 conference) with participants engaging synchronously with conference programming online, either in their own physical space or on-site in community at a regional gathering. 

Regional Gatherings are organized independently with limited administrative support, supplemental materials, and coordination with Forma leadership.  

Regional Gatherings can serve as a catalyst for gathering formation leaders in a region with a wider purpose. The Forma Conference is live from 1:00-5:00pm EST, Monday-Thursday. Outside of this time there is ample opportunity for engaging attendees with purpose. Forma provides optional retreat materials, and, you may also choose to use the opportunity for additional training or building community in your diocese, province, or local community.

Participants who want to experience the conference on-site will register for both the conference with Forma and with the Regional Gathering (like you would pay for a conference ticket and hotel room for a traditional single location conference).
