Roots & Wings: Intergenerational Formation Collaborative (R&W) is a five-year grant administered through Lifelong Learning at Virginia Theological Seminary. We believe that a worshipping assembly incarnates the fullness of the body of Christ when all bodies, of all ages are able to fully participate and lead. Our focus is creating a hub and network for the Episcopal expression of intergenerational worship.
