Job Opening – Christian Formation Director

St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, located in downtown Norfolk, Virginia, is seeking a full-time or part-time Director of Christian Formation to lead and coordinate the parish’s educational ministries across all ages and stages of faith. This position supports the Rector in the work of teaching and serves as the primary point of contact for all volunteers involved in Christian formation. Guided by the parish mission “to help all people grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ,” the Director of Christian Formation will strengthen the life of the community through creative programming, supportive presence, and collaborative leadership.
