Sponsoring the Forma Annual Conference places your organization at the heart of the Episcopal Church’s formation community. Forma participants are active, engaged formation practitioners — decision-makers for curricula, resources, and ministry partnerships in their congregations, dioceses, and schools.
Forma offers six sponsorship levels, each designed to provide meaningful visibility and impact for your organization. All sponsors receive access to professionally produced conference recordings — a unique opportunity to extend the value of your partnership beyond the conference itself.
* All sponsor logos and recognition will appear in both English and Spanish conference materials.
** Diocese can sponsor at any level to receive bulk ticket pricing with an option to invoice the diocese.
Extra: Approved items from organizations who choose not to sponsor at a tier above may be included in the Forma Box for $100. You are responsible for mailing items to VTS by December 1, 2026 to ensure they arrive in time to be packaged in the mailing. Email [email protected] for this option.
